no offense, but dont you think a bigger load of proxies would work better.
i have a little over 1.2 million working private proxies now. and most are registering at 125 ms on the latency.
socks and all. i think you need to build bigger list first.
on the other hand, i would love to see how this turns out

Considering private proxies cost 30$ for 10 proxies at yourprivateproxy, and you got 1.2 million, you must be pretty rich
And i can say for sure now, that i have never ever seen a single proxy that had less than 400-500ms latency, even private ones.
But yes, i will be making my ip database a lot bigger, which i also do now.
