Hi everyone,

I am looking to hire someone experienced with Telegram outreach / Telegram sending.

This is not a long software development project. I am mainly looking for someone who already knows how to handle Telegram sending, delivery limits, account safety, and testing.

Important clarification:

I already have the audience list. I do not need scraping, data collection, or member extraction.

The list is based on Telegram user IDs, not only public usernames like @Username.

What I need:

• Send Telegram messages using an existing Telegram user ID list.
• The sender/account may need to join several specific Telegram groups first, because the target users are present there and Telegram may require shared group context before messaging by ID.
• I can provide the group links privately via BHW DM.
• No scraping or extracting members from those groups is needed.
• Start with a small controlled test of around 10 users.
• Some test users will be mine, so I can verify that messages are delivered.
• If the test works, the larger volume is around 8,000 users.
• I want to discuss with the freelancer what is best to send: a landing page, Telegram group, Telegram bot, or another flow.

Who I am looking for:

Someone who already has experience with Telegram outreach/sending and understands:

I am not looking for fake “unlimited sending” claims or a low-quality script.

We run a Telegram studio with 5 software products and 7 managed services. Mass DMs is one of them, and every campaign runs on a live dashboard you watch in real time.

Honestly, this much detail on a standard Mass DMs job gives me pause. We're an established operation with the panel and the workflow already solved, so I'm genuinely on the fence about whether to quote at all.

A 10-message test also proves nothing about a provider; anyone can send 10. I get that you want someone solid, but if the technical side is shaky on your end, that gap usually turns into friction later.
