eaven if you got a scraper you can only add 200 or 100 members to a telegram channel you can add up to 5k or more to a group but you need older group and to add the members slowly and 98% of the time your groups get deleted becouse the members will have an option when you add them that says REPORT SPAM AND LEAVE

Not easy now. Even if you are a member but admin hids all members, you can't do it.
