Need Targeted Traffic

Running low on money and need some targeted traffic. I can't use PPC anymore because I want to promote a site that looks like it's a one page site (health/beauty ebook) and Adwords/Yahoo/MSN Adcenter seem to hate that.

I'm trying to split test and based on my conversion rates so far I can only afford $0.20 per customer right now.

Can anyone help me get REAL targeted visitors to a stretch mark solution ebook site?

Real targeted traffic is always going to cost money, or you need to get it organically from the search engines. Just my belief.

I think you need to re-visit your product... If you can only afford $0.20/customer your margins are too low!!!

Quality traffic, particularly traffic that converts is surely going to cost you more than that. Even on 2nd tier search providers that budget would only get you 1-4 clicks if that. And unless your conversion ratio is out of this world it's just not going to happen.
