Need Targeted Traffic for a Great CPM??

I have been a member here since 2008. I have been on and off with my consistency of earnings and such. I really enjoy this community and am inspired by the hard working, innovative people here.

Anyway, I have never done much with media buys, but I recently started with my college newspaper to revamp their online advertising department. The newspaper has a website, which receives x,xxx,xxx views per year. They are looking to ad some more national/large scale advertisers and I immediately thought of BHW.

I have all the demographics of the traffic, though as you can imagine it's mostly college students, and I can get you a pretty good deal on CPM and placement etc.

There have to be some BHW marketers interested in college aged traffic. Of course it goes without saying that no "questionable" ads would be allowed.
