Need Targeted Group Members

I will provide a long list of groups and events for you to pull user id's from.
You will then need to friend them across multiple accounts and add them to the group.
I want a long term relationship with someone who has experience and knows what they're doing.
I would like pricing on the first 10k being added within 14 days, will be ordering in 10k clips thereafter. I will also be paying you to do other actions with the accounts you have created.

Its not specific as it depends upon the users if they will add in that 14 days or not and you need lot many accounts.

How many $$$$ are we talking about here??

Please specify that as account management/proxies with eat up a lot of money if you are not going to provide that
