Need targeted fans

Hello everybody
I need fans from switzerland for a fan page.
I tried addmefast and regioklicks . de, but there are not so much swiss people in there.
I looked for it on google and forums, but I didn't find anything.
Is there anybody that could help me? Anybody could sell me targeted fans from switzerland?

- Try to find switzerland groups in Facebook and post URL of your page there.
- Get switzerland friends and invite them to your page.

already done I have found groups using the graph search and I made fake profiles to add swiss people, but sometimes facebook asks me if I reallt know them and one of profiles has been blocked
