Need support to take down fake Google Business listing

we have a brand name and our competitor is using our brand name and created Google business listing and misusing our brand name we dont have any business listing on our brand name so they took this as an option and started misusing our brand name which is trademarked so we contacted google on this and they simply refused to take any action on them so we need help on this in what way can we do this and take down or suspend this fake listing ? any suggestions appreciated we have a bounty for this 300$
