[Need Suggestions] Traffic sources for mobile cpa offers..!!

Coming straight to the point.
I am new to promoting mobile Cpa offers. I am not getting any free traffic source for mobile based cpa offers. Should i build a mobile site and then run text ads (cpa offers) on them or should i use .mobi domain and redirect?? I still yet to figure how search engines will rank mobile sites.

Anyone experiences with some paid traffic source for mobile advertising like admob.com etc..?
