Need suggestions regarding learning web development

Hey,
I am from India and I am 22 years old I have done my graduation this year and i want web development any suggestions where do I start?

I know HTML, CSS (NOT THAT MUCH BUT OK OK), C, PHOTOSHOP, WORDPRESS , XML and MYSQL.

My goal is work as a freelancer and i am thinking to do a diploma of web development from my near my coaching center it will cost me around 90$ and the work as fresher in some company to polish my skills then start taking projects as a freelancer.

Save that $90 for marketing.

Offer to build free (but simple) websites for members on forums (like this one!). Build a portfolio of 4-6 sites.

A good portfolio will be much more useful than time spent studying.

Congrats for graduate but now you must forget about this way that you want to enter business, web development is not about diploma it is about think outside of box

Do not waste so much time learning useless thing. Instead I will give you big advice that I did when I was your age to make so many monies

First thing you should go right now to themeforest.com and download from there all your graphic and WordPress template, then you find customer and charge that person 5000 for website.

Buy from themeforest 60$ theme then pay someone from upwork.com 20$ to install theme and then that is it. No more work for you. Or if you want to waste times go to collect diploma that client no care about

What if client dose not WordPress site? One more question where do I start, I know WordPress i have made few website for locals my recent work creedfitness.in and currently working other website.
I sign up for the up work but they didn't approve my application yet. Any other platform you can suggest which is good for freshers ?

Im not sure the price but look into opening a thread in the market place here, to prove your worth a dang you would first design a site for an admin I believe, maybe look over the marketplace at what other sellers are offering and offer something competitive, You will surely learn a lot very quickly if you can get some jobs even if they are cheap, since you are new you could give away 5 free review copies to established members or something like that to get your name out if you open a thread,

Also, you could likely do the school plus everything else, Maybe talk to some students who are graduating and see what they have learned. 90 dollars seems pretty reasonable if its solid instruction and you would also be in contact with 20+ like minded people learning code which could be great
