Hello guys, I'm new around so I was wondering if any of you could recommend me a network that pays for a download? Not surveys but installs. Thank you.

You could try Propeller Adds or Trafficjunkey. It's not an usual plan - but you might be able to contact them and get a deal.

I am looking for something that the user needs to download and install, with a custom design that makes it hard to differentiate the offer from the thing he wants to download.

So i don't know if propeller or trafficjunkey has this. Could you elaborate please?

Those are traffic sources not cpi network

well, if you want to get the best Payouts you need to be a "big shark " volume wise (or at least know how to pretend to be one(-: ) I would actually aim for the bigger ad networks that also have their own affiliate wall sine they are usually more flexible in sense that you can negotiate the rates for example Taptica, Matomy, CPX interactive. these are less, Glispa. there are (or there were) several tools outthere that compare the rates given by each affiliate network.
