Need suggestions for content creation strategy

Hi, i want to start content creation for 2 brands (personal brand and main business), and all i can do is maximum 2 hours per day, i think it's not a suitable time to create quality contents but i can consistently continue this but it needs good strategy to get the best of this situation.
I want to cover all contents and social networks (Blog, IG , LinkedIn, twitter, fb, YT, TikTok) with repurposing, All i want is an average online presence for now.
Would you please give me ideas and suggestions for content creation, and strategy, for video and reels, or even automation ideas, modern tools to make everything faster and increase the quality...?

The problem is not how to post, the problem is how to create. From content idea to create content in bulk which have acceptable quality

Define your goal,Conduct persona research,Run a content audit,Choose a content management system,Determine which type of content you want to create,Brainstorm content ideas,Publish and manage your content.

The content strategist must work to define not only which content to publish, but why we’re publishing it. Otherwise, content strategy is just a glorified production line for content nobody needs or wants.

You can do a bit research on the content ideas related to your business and pick the trending topics. You can also visit the social media accounts of your competitors to get a better understanding of the content ideas. Try to keep the things simple and business focused. Best of luck!
