need suggestions/advices for creating a review site.

I was reading this forum for a while and now i decided to take action.

I'm goint to buy a domain and make a simple website using weebly, blogger or wordpress to make or just copy newest phone reviews.

So I need some suggestions. how to make money from it and how much i would earn with minimal investiment for traffic.

I think I should put some ads to the site i'm going to make, something like adsense, but i would use any similar site to adsense
which would pay me to paypal ( atm its my only payment option ). So i would like if someone would suggest a site which is like adsense, but pay me with paypal.
Second important thing is traffic. I would like if you suggest me where i could get cheap traffic to my website. I saw some people in fiverr who would send me loads of traffic to my website, but i wonder how many people would actualy click those ads.

So thats it. I'm waiting for replies. Any other suggestions would be nice as well.

1. the review site should have 3 to 5 products of the same niche. not more than 5
2. mention the good things about each of them. at least 5
3. mention 1 or 2 negative things about each of them. not more than 2
4. rank the products
5. put a link at the bottom of each product, with anchor text like "click here for additional information"

Are you only driving traffic through SEO?

It might be a while before you earn anything in that case ... don't know what kind of budget you have for this site, but if it's your first probably not much?

I'd get ready to write a lot of content ... make sure the articles on your site are top tier, and than get ready to write a bunch more for link building purposes.

Will you be doing all the SEO yourself or outsourcing it?

well, I'm totaly green at SEO and never did it by myself. I was wondering about buying backlinks ( i don't really know what backlink is, but i think it generates some traffic form other sites ) so i need any other advices how to promote my site if i'm going to make one, and i want to know how can i make money from it, all i know is that i can put ads on it and hope somebody cliks them.
