Hi guys, i need suggestion should i use exact matched anchor text in nofollow on multiple websites ? will this harm ?

Before the penguin update, the exact match anchor text is good to use. But, now Google is considering it as less important. Using exact match anchor text with Nofollow does not harm.

Nowadays google has less important on exact match anchor text so you can use it.
