Need suggestion on Shopify translator app

I have a Shopify website, and want to market it in three different languages, I have installed 3 translator app but each of them required paid subscription after translating one language. Can you suggest me how to overcome this? I have also tried to download csv file and removed the same, and re generate different languages and upload the previous one, is that impact my website negatively?

Instead, I would suggest you to try Shopify's "Translate & Adapt" for basic needs or just go for a single app like "Weglot". I usually feel that editing and re-uploading CSV files might actually mess up the translations and also they cause some issues with Google, so I suggest it is best to avoid that.
