I was using paypal they blocked saying high risk business, yesterday payoneer stopped " request a payment "
Stripe said they will not accept software as service.

Now, problem is. I don't have GST registration. Is there any good payment processor that will accept SEO related business? Without GST

Or should I use dummy software website?

Why did Payoneer and Stripe blocked you?

What were you selling and what was average amount?

Was it just because you were connected with your personal account without GST and other legal details?

2k-5k USD a month, payoneer said they won't allow credit card acceptance for digital services. Though use of bank account allowed.
Stripe don't know , I think they consider web design and digital services as high risk business.
Nothing looks illegal as I invoice for marketing services

But you were talking all payments to your personal bank account and you didn't have the actual business signup with GST and other doc's with any of them right?

yes, I was taking payment as an individual. I have a business registered but I don't use that name as sales are not that big. And for the same reason I have not taken a business account.
Is it must to have GST registration?

Any payment in India its good if you have GST and process it on business account. That's actually good if you are not crossing taxation line you are saving basically indirectly.

Once the legal compliance is ok then you can as well raise voice with them and know what exact reason is, because mostly companies just mark individual with such high payment as high risk as they are heavy compliance proof and don't want mess on their heads.

EDIT: Pa*P*l s**ks! They limit accounts with money for no valid reason they are full of c**p.

Your business is actually, 'Digital Services Consultancy', not Software as a Service.
The bar for accepting payments from abroad is high, and it is mandatory to register for GST.
Consider creating a partnership firm - you don't even have to register it - Just get a stamp paper (https://www.stockholding.com/estamp-index.htmlif your state supports it), search for partnership deeds online, print it and sign it, you are done. You can create one easily with your wife / mother / father / brother / sister / trusted friend, etc. You can use this to get a PAN card allocated and subsequently GST.
Don't do it as a sole proprietor, you can avoid a lot of headaches.

If your income is under 50 Lakhs, you can opt for simplified income tax reporting under Presumptive Taxation under Section 44AD of the Income Tax Act and rules. You will have to pay tax only on 6% of the total earnings.

What is the purpose code for digital consultancy services? I can't find any suitable code for this.
