[Need Suggestion] for Email marketing

Hi,
My Email marketing life is just read some articles and watched some YT videos without any experience.
I want to start an email marketing campaign, and I want your suggestions to see which gaps should be filled

My purpose : Bulk Email to targeted users to buy my service (Something like email to all Instagram users and tell them to buy Instagram followers from me, but something else)

Email content: Read some articles about words that cause spam, thinking about a body that is template and there are some tags like as (company name, their address, their, current numbers ,...) that make unique email content for each user but same content template. Email signature, report spam link, unsubscribe link, will use some different templates, maybe hire a copywriter.

Total number of emails : ±300K

Technical side (My main problem):
Domain : 1 domain + SPF + DKIM+ DMARC
SMTP : Mailgun SMTP (got free from GitHub EDU + 20K free and maybe get from this method again)
Warm up : Heard something but have no idea how to do it in practical yet
Verifier : Used "Maxprog email verifier software"
Management : heard about Mailwizz and Mautic, but have no idea what to use

So , what do you suggest? Which steps should change, and what am I doing wrong?

You've got the basics covered but email cleaning is what you left out.

And having lots of bounces or dead emails messes up all your setup once your servers are tagged spam

Take the time to do email cleaning, all the best in your email marketing journey.

Assuming the technical side is all set up correctly and you can inbox in the primary, the key will be how targeted your email list is.

Is your 300k list niche targeted and can you easily grow it?

Thanks for the advice, but i already mentioned the email verify, that step is the cleaning list and verify the emails

Can i easily grow it? Absolutely i don't know what will happen
But, i scrape the list by myself, because there isn't anything about it on internet. And it's targeted.And the service I'm selling is the only direct service that related that website and those leads can buy it, so can i sell them? I don't know, i hope

you got every thing covered, I guess. I did some research and found similar content u mentioned. But I cannot find emails to send for marketing. Any ideas? I am trying to do cold email marketing.

got basic information about email marketing, is this working fine or you have done changes? I m also looking for it Thanks.
