If you create your own cosmetic than use name of that cosmetic as domain name.

If you resell cosmetic from different companies that you can try
    beauty + city . com
    beauty + country . com
    beauty + area . com
    cosmetic + city . com

Also try with indirect online marketing: Create blog, copy paste few articles about your products, and add your link as refferal.

Seems to make sense to structure it like that. Depends if you're marketing it as a brand or you're just pushing people through affiliate links?

Exact match or partial match domains are much better alternatives in my opinion.

If you want to take up your site fast means just use the exact match or partial match domain or expired domain with required word in the domain. Enough.

Well aside from dumping names lets just say this: If you are Geo Focusing your business you might want the city name in there. Second you might want a broad niche term in there or the name of your most popular type of product. Sounding good is a consideration, but being a fairly short name is equally important. Avoid 50 character names. Stuff like horsetamponsinwashington.com is not easy to memorize.

Also don't forget the new TLD's on the market. city.beauty may be available for you.

You could use a brandable name and go with a local tld for the country.

You can play around with names and words at a site called namemesh and see if you find some usefull site names there.

You try to use domain names consisting of your brand name and the country name
