Need suggestion for a webhost

I am currently with Leaseweb and I am very happy with it. However I will like to try another webhost with around the same price as Leaseweb. I need a Dedicated server with windows hosting, good connection and latency with monthly bandwidth of around 5TB. Budget is around 100 euro a month.
Any suggestion?

I use a german host, http://www.all-inkl.com -- been with them since 2005, they never go down, and support responds within minutes, no matter what time of day.

just shop around, you get what you pay for to a certain extent. not sure how important the quality of your bandwidth is to you.

this is cheap rate but if u want server in cheap rates so dream host is nice , unlimited TB space and bandwith and 50 gb backup only $15 monthly. is very cheap and best price ..
