Need Suggestion about Ads on My Blog

Hello Friends
I started an Education Niche Blog about 3 Months ago and now My Blog is having daily 10000-12000.My 80% traffic comes from Google.And also my Blog is based on Indian Education so all traffic my blog having is Indian .
I have applied for Adsense recently but it is not getting accepted because My blog is just 3 Months old.So please any one suggest me the best alternate of Adsense which can show content related ads so that users will like to click.
Currently I am using Bidvertiser but it is not paying me well , I am just getting 10-20 Cents per day

I don't know much about CPA .I know only one thing about advertising which is PPC .
