Payoneer is flagged by ebay as high risk, so you will get alot of reviews if you use that.
Try Moroccan ebay account, same like us account eBay .com
Upgrade to a business account and select sole proprietor. You can use your SSN to verify identity; bank account name won’t matter as long as you can verify that it’s your actual bank account (manually / plaid) you’ll be set.

Looking to buy an Unlimited ebay account, but I fear as soon as i start making money they'll ask for ID verification on the account due to amount of money involved and then when they link it to me will ban account, i seem to be blacklisted from ebay due to too much dropshipping 10 years ago.
If someone is selling you an unlimited account then you will get scammed.

VPN is not enough to protect your account. It's easily detected when accessing high security website such as eBay. You should change to residential proxy and new antidetect browser profile such as Multilogin, Gologin or Hidemyacc for better security

1. No you need to use the sim in the US. because if you use the SIM oversea, even though you can connect to the mobile carrier oversea, it is going to have a oversea ipv6 address, because it is connecting to an oversea tower.
