so I've recently gotten into needing to make stealths but my question is how do these stealth account makers get the personal identities to use for stealth accounts? I want to buy one but don't want to risk fraud. If anyone can fill me in on how people are able to get the personal information to use that would be super helpful. Are there any legal ways to get personal Information like that? Like posting an ad on Craigslist or something?
