Need source for CD/DVD cases

We're looking for pricing on 128 to 320 capacity cd/dvd storage portfolio cases, Like the really expensive case logic or fellowes, but better prices. They hold 4 to a page (8 total on front & back of page), with removable pages and zipper closure.

I've seen them on Ebay for 20-45$ retail, and found a distributer but lost their contact info. Ripping my hair out to figure out where to get them!
