Need somone to send 200k emails

Hi
I have 6 months old opt in list but the site where the users opt in is offline.
I want to send promotion to that list and maybe try to make the users opt in to another list.

What I need is someone that can send me that list and inbox it.
I try 3 guys to that for me and the results was very bad,the mails goes to spam folder.

So I need somone that can do that job, any one?
