I've been studying up on C# lately in my free time as I want to transition from VB.NET to C#, but haven't had a chance to program any real-world applications with it yet.

So, here's the deal. I'm willing to program a few bots free of charge, just so I can run into a few headaches and figure out the workarounds, get used to the syntax differences, etc.

What do you need to do?
    - Be a contributing member to the forum (VIP status doesn't matter, as long as your Thanks/Rep/Post Count are ok)
    - Have a unique idea for a program which you can either post as a reply or PM to me

How long will I be doing this? Probably accepting ideas for a few weeks and programming them for a few months. If this thread still exists, then I'm still accepting ideas.

You should pick the best project and do a video or written walk through to show us how you did it. I've actually been dying to learn C# myself but every time I think of a cool bot, I always just turn to ubot because it's quicker. Plus, I heard teaching is the best way to learn... Just a suggestion :D.

I could use a bot that scraped a particular website, gathered information then scrubbed the data for duplicates (from previous scrapes). I don't know if I meet your criteria, but I would be interested in talking to you about it. Let me know. Thx.

Sure Volatile, I can do that with one of the projects. Wyzgy, I can do that.. I'm working on a couple of bots from people who PMed me at the moment but when I get done I'll start on that.
