Need someone with PHP experience to help finish an uncompleted project

I have a project that I have been working on for sometime and it is near completion. However, there are a few odds and ends within the code which is preventing the script from working properly. The entire script has been completed but I need assistance resolving a few conflicts within the code.

Anyone applying must have significant experience with php and mysql. Also, I must require a non-disclosure agreement so please be aware of this.

Once I have the current script working properly there will be additional work needed in the very near future for a few miscellaneous additions that I want to add to the script. So this can be an opportunity for the right person to earn more money if they are good at what I need to have done.
