Why not just use microworkers? I'm not an affiliate to them however.

One of my clients in my YouTube commenting service uses microworkers to top comment our YouTube comments.
He doesn't need to do that because our comments are like-able since write them manually instead of simply saying "I agree" or "Oh great" type of comments.
