Need someone who can spam comments (facebook comments plugin). Where to find this someone

I need somebody who can do a simple repetitive task for cheap money (like 100 same facebook comments within relevant sites in a specific way.)
Ideally this somebody should have no knowledge about IM, is from a low-cost country and can understand English.
Payment would be like 4$ for 100 comments or something.
