I know nothing about how to send a lot of emails out, nor is it something I want to get into right now.
I have about 6.7k emails from people who need a job. No not a lot of emails but these people are waiting for responses and are checking their emails regularly no doubt.
You can send whatever message you want, but It'd be unwise to send them some shitay non related CPA offer. money making programs ain't gonna cut it either. I have a pretty decent strategy that has worked well on a smaller scale that we can use if you've got nothing.
If anyones interested just post and the % share you'd be willing to do. If all goes well I can keep providing emails every week. I have no idea what kinda return to expect but you don't know until you try.
