Need someone to write "Article" and submit to Wikipedia

Well the title says it all, I am looking for an official Wikipedia editor (who has prior experience), to write an article on one of my client(s) company and have it featured in Wikipedia (so they have their own page). I will provide you with the URL and you will need to go through the site and write an in-depth piece (doesn't have to be too long) and then submit it to Wikipedia. Please PM me with prices if you have prior experience with this and PLEASE ONLY high quality content writers -- I will have to approve the content myself before you publish it and we'll do payment 50% before hand and 50% afterwards so you know I'm not a fraud; which you shouldn't anyways because I want to keep my rep on BHW and would never do anything to sacrifice it.
