hello i have a canadian paypal account.i am from delhi india
i have some money in my paypal account.
Can someone please verify my paypal account with vcc and i will pay him after verifying.i cant send first because paypal asks me link card.
my budget is 10-20$
I want urgent help.can someone please help

you are new here.i cant give my paypal login details to whom who just registered in jan 2015.

can you verify mine? by the way that guy who is begging you to verify his paypal wrote me a PM offering me to verify my paypal for 60$ xD he has problems verifying hi sown account but he..
