Need someone to upload a forum

Hi I have the hosting and domain name. I need someone to upload the forum on it. I have no clue of how to do that. If someone is able to do it please let me know. Also the price you will charge. I know it is really easy for a lot of people to do this but I have no clue so please let me know if you can do it. Also what information you will need from me.
I will also need someone to upload the theme and everything. The theme i will just get a free one from mybb

FTP info for the upload and then we will have to figure out how to set up the DB, probably a temp admin password to your hosting account
