Need someone with multiple ig accounts to do this:
1. (Using a bot) Create an excel list of ~180 ig users with followers of 1,000 to 20,000 (in a specific area that I assign)
2. Message the ig users my message (Are you interested in doing shout-outs for $)
3. Keep those who are willing to do the shoutouts in the excel and delete the rest. (Also if they mention their rates please include that in excel sheet too).
This should take around 20-30 minutes of manual work. I'm not an instagram botter, so I don't have proxies and the tools for this, otherwise I'll do this myself.
