Need Someone to send emails for me

Okay so I have a list of 1000-2000 emails that need to be sent mass emails, (about a cpa biz offer.) I have all the email addresses and will write the message to be sent but need someone with the tools/ability to send them and make sure they hit the inbox, will be willing to generously split profits to whom ever I choose.
