Need someone to run FB ads

I over-committed and am trying to outsource whatever I can.

I need someone to run some FB ads. All are legal ads. Simple stuff. I just don't have the time.

We will start very small. DIsclosure: I will work with multiple people to find someone good.

I am looking for someone who will save me time (and headache), and can get the job done with minimal directions.
