Did you ever find any high risk merchants or CRM?
I might have a solution for you. I'm not sure what you have come across. I know of a few people though. If you could provide me with some information on what you have found as well?

Why do you need to some made it for you...
You will be trouble at any time and may not found any one to get you out of trouble...
So I will suggest you to try build your own payment account with your own entity. paypal is not the only one. You can also take money from paypal with alternative solution who will allow you in your country. google with paypal alternative.
one thing I know play less with your money cause you are doing every thing for money...so do not let any one suck your money out...

What do you mean with a twist. I know where you can get a merchant right now. What type of volume are you doing?

If you need a high risk merchant account in the US, try Menexis. They have an A+ rating with the better business bureau. If you need an offshore merchant account, try United Arab Bank in the United Arab Emirates. They have ZERO corporate tax in the United Arab Emirates because they charge so much tax on oil over there.

I can provide Domestic or Offshore, it just depends on the industry. I can do high volume US if it's the right industry.

Interested as well on turn-key offshore solution (IBC + Merchant account), any info feel free to write me, evaluating several options. Business will be carried on by a single IBC (still to be incorporated) with several e-commerce portals (electronics, perfumes, tourism...)
