As title says, I need someone with photoshop skills to put a name and address into a U.K utility bill. Must look very real. I`m willing to pay $8 for this on Paypal.

Make sure you hire an expert to do this. (i am not any and i don't know someone) the reason i am saying if Paypal limit your account to ask for document its temporary limited but if they finds out you used fake documents, They will temporarily locks your account for 180 days . So be careful
