Need someone to make my bigcommerce site awesome

I’ve been running it for awhile now. Have a few dozen articles using categories for them, Then separate areas so people can just see and scroll products. I have about 3000 products (but tempted to change that up to 20 products with product variants instead, will do that bi myself).
Using stencil theme. I would love navigation like skull candy had done, but affordable even if I have to do most of the day monotonous parts myself

Also, what sort of price angers would I be looking at? I’m curious from folks who have had work done before? I’ve always done my own sites but, my navigation sucks with bc lol
