Need someone to help me rebuild a website

I have a small simple website about smokable herbs, I basically redirect people to an affiliate where they buy the stuff and I get my commission, I would like to make out of this site an authority site, where I could not only have all of my affiliates products exposed, but also where I could advertise similar/related products from other affiliates and a small blog where I could not only review the product, but also post related information and interact with my visitors.

Now the problem is that I'm cureently tight on money, so I'm looking for someone that could take has a form of payment some mns with emd that I own associated with a small cash contribution that I could afford, alternative forms of payment can and should be considered and discussed with me by any of the interested.
