Need someone to get people added on msn

Hi, i am hiring one person to do the following:

I will give you an email, you have to advertise it.(MsN)
Get Male's added to it.
Every male, that adds it to his Msn, you get paid.
You need to get at least 200 male's to add it a day.
i will pay you $0.05 for every male u get added.

If you get 200 male's to add it you get $10.00
Weekly payment's.(paypal)
