Need Someone to Get our Twitter Account Back!

Sorry, we also posted this in the Twitter section. A very important Twitter account of ours was hacked and taken over.. We need someone who can get it back for us. We can provide PROOF that it is indeed OUR Twitter account.. We have tried asking Twitter themselves for help, but they refuse to help us out
Can anyone help us?!
