Need Someone To Find An Adware Installer (PPV)

We're looking for someone with affiliate marketing background specifically PPV who could possibly search the internet and find an adware installer that belongs to Propel Media. This adware would show pop up ads in a new window whenever you try to visit any website. To give you a kickstart/hint Propel Media is formerly known as Trafficvance and they used to serve the ads to users who install Gamevance Adware to play online games.

- The toolbar has to be tested and proven to serve Propel Media ads.
- You should be able to give clear instructions on where did you get the installer from.
- You should be able to give clear instructions on the optimal setup to make sure we get served ads when we browse the internet.
