Need someone to edit paid WP theme for me

I am looking for someone who can make some design/minor dev edits to a WordPress them I will be purchasing. It's for a small real estate agent client of mine. I will need the images switched up with some nice high quality photos, which I can pay for (just need you to point me in the right direction and make recommendations). The dev edits are really minor, mainly deleting certain functionality that isn't necessary. I need this project finished within the next 2 weeks. Would be great if you're from the US or Canada.
