[NEED] someone to download/copy/hack/whatever a website's code

I am looking for someone who would be able to duplicate an entire web service I am using at the moment. There are some in-built features such as flash-based graphs and other things. I cannot really explain it as it is extremely complex.

First of all, I need to know whether it is even possible, if yes, please contact me and we will discuss this further.

The webpage is not under copyright or any other bullshit law.

If not:

HTTrack works pretty well on some sites and is pretty simple to use and understand.

I could do this job with wget, php wont get transmittet though..
