I'm looking to get quotes for this project, please inbox me your after you've carefully read what I require.
I need someone to develop a website and forum for an upcoming game. These are some of the features it requires.
Account registration:
Availability to create an account (which they will use to log-into the game), which will be required to create a forum account.
Website account registration goes as followed:
When you create an account you will have to provide:
A valid account name (can't be in use)
A password (requires at least one capital letter, one lower case, one number and it can't be shorter than 7 characters)
Retyping of the password to confirm.
Valid e-mail and captcha verification.
Users may change their passwords, but they can not change their account names/ e-mails.

Forum account registration:
Username (website and forum accounts will be linked and the only requirements to create a forum account is to have a valid account name and its password, so I guess you can say you are creating an account under another one).
Website:
News, download, community, store, ranking, support, aitan guide tabs. Plus the footer will contain our logo and social media buttons.
I'm still unsure whether we should go for WordPress or not, you can help me out with some insights on that. Keeping in mind that payments will be processed there.
Regarding the forum:
The link between their website and forum account will be similar to the system implemented here: https://aika.ongame.net/.
Where you first create an account on their website.
Now with its functionality, the idea is that just like in https://forum.albiononline.com/. We have tabs at the top of the page, but instead of one being Members and the other being Forum we would divide them in English and Portuguese (they would be completely the same but one is for the English speaking community and the other one for the Brazilians).
Regarding their signature, they will only be able to utilize it if they are premium users (one of the reasons why the website and forum accounts are connected as they will also unlock other features in-game).
I will need to be able to create Admin accounts which can add, delete, remove, create, ban, they'll pretty much have a master key.
Community Manager's accounts, will be able to moderate by delete posts, banning members, but they can't alter the forum in the sense that they can't create new sections or delete them; just moderate them and start new threads in already created sections.
There is also a list of badges users can unlock (some will be appointed by the admins and some they can earn when surpassing "x" amount of post or when their account reaches a certain age.
Please inbox me your quote if you can get this done, with the price, the path you'll follow and that time it will take you. I will be providing the mockups so your job is to code it, not to come up with new designs.
Not looking for an agency but a freelancer.
