Need someone to design my WordPress homepage

Hey there, I have a WordPress website and I like everything on it except the Homepage! Right now, there are only latest posts on there, with a right sidebar which contains some widgets.

I would like someone to design a static homepage for me, which will have the latest posts (not in the sidebar, but in the "main" area), most popular posts, most shared posts, Facebook like box and other fancy things which make the homepage look better.
