Need someone to design a List Category Post template for me.

I am looking for someone to design a template for the wordpress plugin List Category Post.

Please only connect if you are familiar with plugin as I don't want to try to explain how the plugin works.

Since I am short on time, I simply wanna tell someone what it needs to look like and then get the plugin back.
