Need someone to create HTML5 clickable maps site with payment portal

I am looking for a freelancer to create the same website as: http://bit.ly/1njNXIz

Features:

- After you edit your map, click on "Generate Map Script" to retrieve the html that you can copy and paste for your website. You have the option of paying a small fee that will give you the ability to come back and edit the map later, or you can skip that and just get the code for free

- If user pays they are generated with the map download link.

Please PM me with how you exactly plan to do this website and your experience and cost. I want to have the same numbers of maps available as there is on that website.
