Need someone to create HTML code with affiliate unique link to insert in banner

Hi,

I need someone who can prepare a HTML code for me using the unique affiliate link from an affiliate network and inserting it into banners. I should be able to simply paste the ad codes onto my web pages after opening it in notepad and the banners should be visible on the website. When someone clicks on the banner, it should take him to the landing page. I will be providing the banners, landing page link and unique affiliate link. There are four banners in all, including two tower banners on each side, two banners on top and bottom and one square banner in the middle.
