Need someone to create header and footer graphics

I'm looking for a talented and reasonably priced web graphics person to create header and footer graphics for squeeze pages.

I'm building many squeeze/landing pages in a sales letter format. I will be creating the pages I just need someone to create the graphics. This will be a long term and on going project.

Must be able to provide samples of header graphics.

NO LOGO or WEBSITE samples please!

I'm looking for someone that can create simple designs, nothing overly complicated, NO flash, etc.

I'm looking for someone that is reasonably priced, NOT just the lowest price! The quality of the work and being able to deliver the jobs on time is paramount.
